| Since all dresses and gowns are made to measure, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds unless defective in workmenship. It is solely the reponsibliity of the buyer to have a professional tailor or seamstress take proper, bust, midriff, waist and hip measurements and then choose the proper size according to the sizes chart for that particular dress. Hint: When taking measurements, select size by the largest measurement ( which is usually the bust , but not always) and then have the dress altered. No returns on bride and bridesmaid dresses. Brides and bridesmaid dress are made to order and they are not returnable. In the unlikely event of defect in materials or workmanship we will be happy to repair or exchange your dress upon inspection.
Lingerie items are not refundable, nor are they exchangable unless there is a specific problem with the merchandise where the customer is not at fault. On a rare occasion, if there is a problem with the merchandise, we will honor an exchange of products for equal or greater value than the original merchandise ordered. Items must be returned to us for inspection before an exchange can be made. If lingerie has been worn, there will be no exchange. Under no circumstances can worn lingerie be returned.
Shoes and accessories. If shoes do not fit and requesting a refund. All items must be returned in original new, unused condition without scuff marks or scratches. Shoes must be returned with all of the original packing material in the original show box, shipped at the owner's expense. Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a promp refund less a 25% restocking fee.this fee will be waived on shoes on shoes that are exchanged for any other purchase where the total is equal to or greater than the original purchase price of the item returned.
All of our customers enjoy the priviledge, confidence amd peace of mind that no one before them has tried on the items before them, and so no soiling or damage of the goods should have taken place.
In the event of defective merchadise, we must be contacted no later than seven days after the receipt of the item, and made aware of the problem in order that authorization of a return can be made. If these conditions are not met, the item will be returned to the buyer. All shipping costs and the item fully insured are at the expense of the buyer.
